Studio policies are transparent so every booking starts with mutual clarity.
- All retainers are non-refundable.
- One complimentary reschedule is permitted when requested at least 7 days before the session.
- Travel fees apply beyond 25 miles from Birmingham, Alabama, and for all out-of-state bookings.
- Final galleries and videos are delivered only after the remaining balance has been paid in full.
- Clients may purchase additional edited images after gallery delivery.
